Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

International Shipping We ship internationally! International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Boldlyshiik Boutique LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages Boldlyshiik Boutique LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
