Store Policy
Please read BOLDLYshiik's store policy very carefully.
- Items on the site are available while supplies last.
- No refunds.
- All "SALE" items are final sale.
- Discounts must be applied to an order BEFORE finalizing the order.
- Orders placed via e-check or PayPal payments WILL NOT be shipped until the payment has cleared.
- All orders will be shipped through U.S.P.S. (U.S. Postal Service) on Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped for standard delivery. There may be a shipping delay if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.
- If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please check the "Junk/Spam" folder of your email inbox. For more information, email boldlyshiikboutique@yahoo.com, including your order number and full name.
- Didn't get what you expected? Regular priced items may be exchanged for a store credit to use towards a future purchase. Exchanges must be authorized via email within 5 calendar days from the date of order delivery. Returns for exchanged items are accepted at BOLDLYshiik's authorization only. Items without tags and/or labels will not be eligible for exchange.
- In the event that you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us via email at boldlyshiikboutique@yahoo.com within 3 days of delivery.
